In neighborhoods across Detroit over the past several months, Mike Duggan has sat down in nearly 60 living rooms, basements, beauty salons, coffee shops and churches to learn about what Detroiter’s want for their city and from their Mayor.

These conversations have been engaging, eye opening, wide-ranging and they always come back to the same point: Detroiters want their city to work. Period.

It has been through this process that Mike has crystallized his vision for Detroit and reached an important decision about his role in shaping Detroit’s future.
